Foster, Farrand

Farrand Foster was elected to the special School Board of Bath, Grafton County, New Hampshire in 1912 and was still serving in 1916. Foster later served as the town Auditor and then Tax Collector.She served as the president of all women's groups at her church, All Souls in Bath.
