Robbins, Mabel

Mabel Robbins was elected County Superintendent of Schools in Bourbon County, Kentucky in 1909 and, again in 1913.  Robbins may have previously taught school in New Jersey, and worked at a government position in Washington, DC.  She was also a noted horse breeder in the state.
