Cyntha A. Mann was the Prohibition Party candidate for State Superintendent of Public Instruction in Idaho in 1906.  Mann, listed as a teacher and philanthropist, donated land in Boise for the building of a children's home for orphans of the city.  Mann was active in suffrage activities and wrote a pamphlet in the 1890s about the franchise in Idaho.
