Howard, Hattie K.

Hattie K. Howard was a Progressive Party candidate for State Senator from Denver in 1914. Two years later Howard was a candidate for Presidential Elector in Colorado in 1916. In 1922 Howard ran for the U.S. House of Representatives on the Farmer-Labor ticket.
