Witcher, Margaret Zane

Margaret Zane Witcher was elected County Clerk of Salt Lake County, Utah in 1908. She acted as her own campaign manager. One of her first acts in office was to ban smoking in the County Clerk's office. She was elected to the office again in 1910. Rose L.
