Ratcliffe, Nora M.

Nora M. Ratcliffe was a candidate for County Superintendent of Public Instruction for Dundy County, Nebraska in 1918. She lost the race to her opponent Una Richards. Ratcliffe served as County Superintendent in the mid-1920s.
