Paulsen, Josephyne M.

Josephyne Paulsen was elected to be the Wells County, North Dakota Superintendent of Schools in 1898, 1900, and 1904. She may have also been elected in 1902. Paulsen was First Vice President of the North Dakota Educational Association.
